Yes. If you change your mind and no longer need your booking, you can cancel your hotel stay up to 72 hours prior to the date of your stay and your tour reservation up to 5 days before the date of the tour. If you’d like your stay to be refunded or exchanged for another Pak Voyager service, please contact us at customercare@pakvoyager.com within the time frame stated above and we’ll be happy to assist you. In the case of a refund, please note that a 5% service charge will be non-refundable..

As stated above, you can request a refund by contacting us at customercare@pakvoyager.com up to 72 hours before the date of your hotel stay or 5 days before the date of your tour. A 5% service charge will be non-refundable. Refunds will be made onto original mode of payment within 10 to 45 days.

Once you’ve decided which hotel/tour you’d like to book, please visit its page to book through our secure payment gateway using a credit card.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to transfer bookings to another customer. However, depending on availability, tours bookings can be moved to a different time and date.

Yes, airport transfers are included with tours. Your flight schedules need to be communicated prior to arrival.

Yes, taxes are included in all stated prices.

All bookings require advanced payment via credit card (MasterCard/Visa).

Yes. In line with our cancellation policy, you can cancel hotel stays any time until 72 hours before the date of your stay and/or cancel tours any time until 5 days before the tour date. If you need to cancel and would like a refund, please contact us at customercare@pakvoyager.com. Please note that a 5% service charge will be non-refundable.

Yes, we take your security very seriously. The Pak Voyager booking platform is protected by SSL and all transactions are secured with a PCI DSS certified payment gateway provider. We also ensure all information is protected as per the GDPR guidelines.

All Pak Voyager bookings are made in United Arab Emirates dirham. Please keep in mind that currency exchange rates will vary.
