You will be smitten with this enchanting travel destination. Swat was once the centre of Ghandhara civilization, and the ruins of the bygone era can be seen today as well. In the Jehanabad area of Swat, a 7th-century Buddha stupa is resting in a lotus position overlooking the valley below, carved into a huge granite cliff at the foothills of the Himalaya. In recent years, the valley of Swat has also become a hub of trout farming. Trout fish can be found in abundance in the valleys of Madyan, Kalam, Utror, Gabral, Matiltan, and Usush. Brown and rainbow trout fish of Swat are very famous among locals and tourists. Settle back and enjoy a memorable journey through KPK.
